This website has no forms or accounts, sets no cookies, and uses no analytics, advertising or other tracking. It loads nothing from third-party servers; its fonts are served from this website.
When you visit, our hosting provider, STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, automatically processes your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type, so that the website can be delivered and kept secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). It anonymises IP addresses in the log files and keeps the log files for six weeks.
If you email us, we process your email address and message to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract or its preparation, such as an investment, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete it once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77), in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), as with the server log files and emails that do not concern a contract, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then stop, unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
